The first visual framework is now online. The layout is based directly on the approved black, green, and blue biomechanical concept.

The project will collect surviving game files, patches, documentation, screenshots, community history, and technical information.

Player registration, restored service status, statistics, leaderboards, and game-facing API endpoints can be added to this foundation.
